Molecular Fitness Helps Tamar Gamliel, DC Reach Personal Marathon Record Tamar Gamliel, an ART certified chiropractor at Truth Fitness and Health in Palos Verdes, California, is very excited about the Molecular Fitness program, "I really believe Molecular Fitness made the difference in my training for the 2007 New York City marathon. I ran the LA marathon in 2004 with a finishing time of 3:28. I ran two more marathons after LA, training hard and seeking improvement only to shave two minutes off my 3:28 time. Until I ran NY. I trained the same way I had always trained, however, three months before the NY marathon I started the Molecular Fitness program. At first, my pH was a 5.5. After changing to an alkalinizing diet and supplementing with MineralConnexin and MultiConnexin, my pH increased and stayed at 7.5 consistently. As a result, I found that I was able to bounce back after a hard workout and I was more energized instead of being zapped from my high mileage. I ran NY in 3:18, a personal record!! And I recovered in half the time it took in the past. Now I can set my sights on the next race!"
Bob Reid Shapes up with Molecular Fitness Bob Reid, the Executive Director of the J. F Maddox Foundation in New Mexico, has been living The Molecular Fitness Lifestyle for more than a year and has experienced amazing results. “ Before starting the program I struggled to ride my bicycle 30 miles, but now I ride up to 150 miles without difficulty”, says Bob. (In the photo, center amidst his cycling fans). Bob’s regular monitoring shows how far he’s come. His pH is consistently at 7.5, a vast improvement from his 5.0 baseline, his blood pressure is about 125/80, down from around 148/90 and his body fat improved from 18% to 13%. Bob is happy to share that his energy is way up, he is almost never sick and to top it off “I cycle with others 20 years younger”. We want to know, where can we get “Bob” shorts??
Perry Stephenson Experiences Bone Health Improvement with Molecular Fitness Several medications such as steroidal drugs (e.g hydrocortisone, prednisone, etc.) and proton pump inhibitor medications (e.g revicid, Nexium, Prilosec) can lead to Osteoporosis after long term use. Fortunately Perry Stephenson has been on the Molecular Fitness program for the last several years and not only averted bone loss, but experienced improvement! According to Perry "I had a bone density test at age 46 and I didn’t recall the results until recently. I started seeing a new doctor, who asked me what medications I had been on and I told him Ranitidine (Prilosec). The doctor was very concerned as he explained to me that a side effect of this drug is Osteoporosis, so I better have another bone density test now that I am 53 and have been on this drug. I explained to him that I was on the Molecular Fitness Program taking MineralConnexin for the past 3 years and my bones should be fine, still he was concerned so I took the test. Much to his surprise and mine, my new bone density test now at 53 years old is even better than when I was 46! I have improved my bone density by about 10% and have the bone density of the average 40 year-old woman.”
