Molecular Fitness Helps Tamar Gamliel, DC Reach Personal Marathon Record Tamar Gamliel, an ART certified chiropractor at Truth Fitness and Health in Palos Verdes, California, is very excited about the Molecular Fitness program, "I really believe Molecular Fitness made the difference in my training for the 2007 New York City marathon. I ran the LA marathon in 2004 with a finishing time of 3:28. I ran two more marathons after LA, training hard and seeking improvement only to shave two minutes off my 3:28 time. Until I ran NY. I trained the same way I had always trained, however, three months before the NY marathon I started the Molecular Fitness program. At first, my pH was a 5.5. After changing to an alkalinizing diet and supplementing with MineralConnexin and MultiConnexin, my pH increased and stayed at 7.5 consistently. As a result, I found that I was able to bounce back after a hard workout and I was more energized instead of being zapped from my high mileage. I ran NY in 3:18, a personal record!! And I recovered in half the time it took in the past. Now I can set my sights on the next race!"
Keeping My Connexins OPEN and CONNECTED When Julie Roick of Stowe, Vermont started on the Molecular Fitness, it was kind of an “aha” moment for her. "I thought finally somebody got it! I have five children and my husband Ernie and I run our own business. My life is demanding. I used to be exhausted. Not only am I no longer exhausted, I am more productive and I have abundant energy. I am forty-one years old and I feel like I am twenty-eight! I want to be around for a long time and taking the preventative measure of keeping my connexins OPEN and CONNECTED is an important step in doing that. By eating well, exercising, trying to reduce stress and taking MineralConnexin and MultiConnexin supplements, I feel like I am well on my way to taking care of myself and being around for my family. That's important to me."

One of the many significant advantages of an alkalinizing beverage, such as MineralConnexin, is that it will enhance athletic performance and endurance by helping to deliver more oxygen to all tissues, including muscle while simultaneously helping to conserve energy through enhanced carbon dioxide removal; thereby, leading to a slower breathing rate and less unnecessary expenditure of energy.
